Prices

Prices listed are for services only, excluding any applicable  taxes, and are subject to correction or change without notice. 

Reimbursement of Advance Payments

Customer is solely responsible for  all costs incurred by customer, including, but not limited to, such items as the: cost of pet grooming; cost of groceries; and the cost of home repairs (hereinafter referred to as “Customer Costs”).   Your Precious Time may, at its sole discretion, advance payment for Customer Costs, in which case customer shall reimburse Your Precious Time for such advance payment in accordance with the payment terms herein.

Payment Terms

Your Precious Time accepts cash and checks.  Payment for service, and reimbursement of advance payments, if any, is due in full upon provision of services.  All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.

Limitation of Liability

Any liability for consequential, incidental, special, exemplary, or punitive damages is expressly disclaimed.  Your Precious Time’s liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the price paid for the services that give rise to any liability.

Privacy

Your Precious Time recognizes the importance of client privacy and the sensitivity of the personal information that we may have concerning any individual.  Non-public personal information is never collected without your authorization, and we do not disclose such information except as required or permitted by law.  Permitted disclosures include third parties who assist us in providing services to you.
